Make sure pencil is sharpened before lecture begins. Everyone should be seated and ready for lecture. No one should be up when I am lecturing. No one should be throwing trash or getting up until I am done. When I am done you do not have to ask permission to get up and throw trash and sharpen pencil if needed.
